Short Summary:
As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the Global Technical Support Team, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving complex customer support issues related to the Braze platform. You will also contribute to the knowledge database and assist junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Own, prioritize, and troubleshoot complex inbound customer support issues.
- Coordinate with Global Technical Support Leadership and teammates.
- Contribute to the knowledge database.
- Act as an internal escalation point for critical support tickets.
- Provide assistance and guidance to junior members of the Support Team.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the platform’s features and customer use cases.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years supporting technical products, ideally in SaaS or Mobile.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Experience with case management tools (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Programming knowledge (Ruby, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
