Short Summary:
Blueprint is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high-quality templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks for productivity applications. The role involves collaboration with various teams to develop accessible and polished content.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build high-quality presentation templates, documents, and spreadsheet workbooks.
- Develop layouts, visual systems, and reusable components.
- Translate creative briefs and design direction into production-ready files.
- Apply strong design judgment across typography, color, composition, and content hierarchy.
- Ensure templates are accessible and easy for customers to customize.
- Maintain accurate file structures and consistent styling across deliverables.
- Incorporate AI tools into content and design workflows.
- Communicate proactively about progress and deadlines.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Strong visual, written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills.
