Short Summary:
As Product Lead, Trust, you'll set the strategy for building and maintaining seller trust at Square, managing the roadmap across Risk and Identity. This role involves navigating tensions between access and protection while being accountable for Risk Loss Rate and Seller Trust.

Responsibilities:
- Set the Square-wide strategy for building and maintaining seller trust.
- Lead the product organization across multiple product areas including Identity Verification, Access, Disputes, and Controls.
- Serve as hands-on DRI on complex Trust problems, coaching senior PMs.
- Champion the seller experience, ensuring fair and fast verification for legitimate sellers.
- Drive accountability for Risk Loss Rate and Seller Trust metrics.
- Engage with regulators and compliance bodies to shape the regulatory landscape.
- Drive execution across multiple functions to deliver on Trust and Safety initiatives.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leading and coaching senior product talent.
- Proven player-coach orientation with a track record of originating strategy in ambiguous spaces.
- Direct experience with trust & safety, risk, identity, or compliance products.
- Experience managing regulatory requirements and compliance-driven product development.
