Short Summary:
Blink Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company focused on making prescriptions accessible and affordable. The Fulfillment Technician will assist in various pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of medications, supplies, and packaging materials.
- Prepare prescription orders, manage workflow, dispensing, and shipping.
- Maintain inventory, including storage, ordering, and rotation.
- Provide patient care and triage to a pharmacist when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.
- Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment.
- Perform tasks safely and in compliance with corporate policies and laws.
- Collaborate with management and pharmacists.
Requirement:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: Active Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain it.
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or in a fulfillment center/warehouse is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
