Short Summary:
Blink is seeking an Associate for Internal Communications & Knowledge Management to enhance team communication and maintain documentation, especially during periods of change and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver internal communications, including team announcements, newsletters, leadership updates, and program rollouts.
- Support change communications for new processes, products, and drug launches.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex changes into clear messaging.
- Maintain internal communication channels and cadence for consistent information flow.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Audit and review materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of internal communications experience.
- Skill in creating visual assets for engaging communications; graphic design experience is a plus.
- Advanced writing skills with a focus on clarity and concision.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear messaging under tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of customer service or patient support workflows.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry preferred.
