Short Summary:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the future of financial independence for millions of customers by creating intuitive and simple experiences that empower people to invest.

Responsibilities:
- Design Exceptional Experiences: Create mobile and desktop experiences that simplify investment products.
- Own End-to-End UX Initiatives: Manage design projects from concept to launch, including design sprints and user testing.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers and engineers to turn user insights into solutions.
- Conduct User Research: Validate designs through interviews and usability tests.
- Mentor and Advocate: Support peers and promote user experience across teams.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in fintech or crypto.
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA.
- Strong interest in making financial products accessible and user-friendly.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
