Short Summary:
Bitdeer AI Lab is seeking an intern to work on making models cheaper and faster to serve without compromising quality. The internship focuses on a well-defined project that can yield real results in 3–6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and adapt published methods on models and hardware.
- Develop optimizations where existing methods fall short.
- Build evaluation discipline to support claims of performance improvements.
Requirement:
- Undergraduate, Master's, or PhD candidates in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong programming ability in Python and familiarity with PyTorch.
- Experience in model efficiency techniques (quantization, sparsity, pruning, etc.).
- Depth in at least one project or serious open-source contribution.
- Solid understanding of transformer internals and rigorous evaluation habits.
- Proven achievements in academics, engineering projects, or competitions.
- Enthusiasm for AI efficiency research and a commitment to delivering results.
