Short Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk / ERMF Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the firm's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen risk governance, perform risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators (KRIs), and support operational risk initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Prepare and maintain risk awareness and training materials to promote a strong risk culture.
- Assist in maintaining effective risk governance by supporting the establishment and monitoring of KRIs.
- Support the preparation of risk reports and materials for senior management and Board Committees.
- Consolidate operational risk incidents and perform trend analysis to identify emerging risks.
- Support product risk assessments and conduct risk assessments for new products and services.
- Prepare risk dashboards, management reports, and risk analytics for effective management oversight.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, Audit, Advisory, Financial Services, or Product Risk Management.
- Experience in the financial services, fintech, or digital assets/cryptocurrency industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
