Short Summary:
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to gain experience in the digital assets space, develop skills, and expand professional networks.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and development of algorithm strategies for user growth, including user segmentation and incentive strategy optimization.
- Build user lifecycle models based on user behavior data to drive precision operations.
- Design and implement A/B testing experiments to evaluate growth strategies.
- Explore user characteristics using machine learning to improve retention and conversion.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate algorithmic capabilities into business growth outcomes.

Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Available to intern for at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
- Solid foundation in machine learning and proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with recommender systems, causal inference, or operations research is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
