Short Summary:
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship for current university students and recent graduates to gain experience in the digital assets space, focusing on public relations and influencer management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs aligned with our brand values.
- Support the Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
- Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall PR goals.
- Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company.

Requirement:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
