Short Summary:
The Senior FP&A Analyst owns Behavox's core financial model, focusing on architecture, accounting, forecasts, and analysis to influence leadership decisions. This high-autonomy role requires building valuations and pro-forma models for acquisitions while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial outputs.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the core three-statement and operating model with scenario and sensitivity layers.
- Integrate budgets and ensure the accuracy of outputs and assumptions.
- Build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisition evaluation and due diligence.
- Drive the substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors.
- Diagnose metric movements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Utilize AI and spreadsheet automation to enhance productivity and data validation.

Requirement:
- Strong understanding of integrated financial models and accounting principles, including SaaS revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in forecasting and SaaS unit economics.
- Knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, and integration processes.
- Deep business and commercial acumen.
- Command of Google Sheets and Excel, with awareness of AI and automation tools.
