Short Summary:
Bazaarvoice is looking for an accounting professional to join the finance team in Vilnius, focusing on general ledger accounting and analysis in accordance with US GAAP.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and reconciliation of various general ledger accounts including accruals and other liabilities.
- Work directly with the corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team in Austin, Texas.
- Calculation and recording of balance sheet hedge accounting.
- Calculation of transfer pricing journal entries and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
- Ensure proper accounting for payroll activities.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure proper supporting documentation is retained.
- Ensure compliance with the company's key accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Maintain cross-departmental relationships with business stakeholders.
- Adhere to monthly close deadlines and requirements.
- Research and analyze accounting fluctuations.
- Assist in various analysis, initiatives, and ad hoc projects.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience (including month-end close, booking journal entries, performing reconciliations, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
- Experience in NetSuite or similar accounting system is desired.
