Short Summary:
Join BAE Systems as a P2L Engineer focusing on affordability and producibility activities early in the design process, driving technology trends into factories to maximize design flexibility and lower overall product costs.

Responsibilities:
- Drives producible product architecture early in the product life cycle.
- Responsible Engineer for providing P2L Capability Group design expertise on hardware products.
- Leads the AS9145 Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment (MFA) and supports the APQP Risk Assessment (ARA).
- Evaluates manufacturability and testability of program hardware.
- Develops Hardware Process Flow Diagrams during design phases.
- Collaborates on Make/Buy decisions consistent with the Manufacturing Realization Strategy.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Product development and manufacturing knowledge.
- Hardware producibility leadership.
- Antenna design experience and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
