Short Summary:
Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Head of Marketing for D-PLEX100, a surgical anti-infective product. This role involves leading US brand strategy, launch planning, and execution in a hospital setting, focusing on formulary approval and protocol-level demand.

Responsibilities:
- Own US brand strategy for D-PLEX100, including positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing plan.
- Develop and execute launch and in-line marketing plans for the hospital and surgical setting.
- Monitor brand performance and market dynamics to optimize strategy.
- Build account-level adoption strategy for P&T-governed product.
- Lead cross-functional US launch readiness and manage D-PLEX100 across its lifecycle stages.
- Hire, develop, and lead a small brand team, ensuring compliant execution.
- Serve as the key liaison between marketing and the hospital field force.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech, including 6+ years of US in-line marketing experience.
- Experience with DRG-reimbursed hospital products and prior people-management experience.
- Proven ownership of brand strategy and launch execution.
- Willingness to travel ~20–30%.
