Short Summary:
We're building finance and reimbursement capabilities into our SaaS platform, and looking for a Product Owner to own that end-to-end. This isn't a coordination role; you'll set the direction for a high-complexity domain, work directly with customers, and translate that into a backlog for engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Own the finance and reimbursement backlog — prioritize by real impact, not noise.
- Translate reimbursement rules and payer requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Talk directly to clinics to understand how billing works on the ground, including workarounds and pain points.
- Keep multiple squads moving in the same direction across the finance domain without slowing them down.
- Make daily trade-offs - compliance vs. speed, going deep in one market vs. building something that scales.
- Partner with Design to ensure billing workflows feel simple even when the logic behind them isn't.
- Validate ideas early with clinics and domain experts.
- Kill bad bets in discovery, not after a sprint.

Requirement:
- 5+ years in product ownership or product management, with real experience in billing, invoicing, claims, or reimbursement.
- Ability to write stories and acceptance criteria that don't need follow-up clarification.
- Comfortable with regulatory detail and can turn reimbursement policies into requirements.
- Strong prioritization skills when everything feels urgent.
- Ability to manage stakeholders with differing opinions and reach consensus.
- Comfortable presenting functionality and explaining the "why."
- Confident English written and spoken (B2+).
- Bonus points for healthcare, medtech, or hearing care experience, familiarity with European billing systems, and experience with compliance and audit requirements in finance or healthcare.
