Short Summary:
Engineer and implement hardware and/or software solutions for complex part or module failures and other system issues in the China install base. Collaborate with local part supply centers and Customer Support sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Engineer and implement hardware and/or software solutions for complex part or module failures.
- Collaborate with local part supply centers, strategic sourcing & procurement, and Customer Support sectors.
- Interface with other ASML development and D&E Field teams to exchange knowledge and solutions.
- Provide 4th line support to regional technical teams.
- Contribute to building trust between ASML and customers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Systems and Control, or Applied Physics.
- Generalist mindset, eager to tackle unknown problems and work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge in electronics, light sources, mechanics, or mechatronics.
- Fluency in English & Chinese preferred.
