Short Summary:
Supervises work of ≥5 direct reports (with a total scope of 15-30 people). Responsible for multiple work centers, competences, or shifts. Coordinates activities that require at least advanced vocational or intermediate Bachelor working and thinking level.
Responsibilities:
- Check compliance to procedures and guidelines regarding quality, safety and health across areas and teams.
- Encourage safety mindset and act as a role model regarding health and safety.
- Develop direct reports by coaching them and guiding on skills and knowledge development.
- Drive the realization of planned results and operational KPIs for the team.
- Review existing operations and implement innovation processes for continuous improvements.
- Provide insights based on analyses, trends, and issues on operational and team performance.
- Build and maintain a network of in- and external stakeholders.
- Cascade operational targets into year plans, including resource requirements.
- Develop policies and objectives for the assigned unit and contribute to strategy development.
Requirement:
- Master degree with thorough experience or equivalent working and thinking level.
- Substantial experience in planning and managing operational activities to deliver predetermined objectives.
