Short Summary:
As the next Customer Education Program Manager, you'll own customer-facing education work end to end, translating complex product workflows into clear, practical learning experiences. This hands-on role requires deep learning of the product and collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality educational content.
Responsibilities:
- Own net-new customer education work from concept through publication, including courses, playbooks, recordings, and other learning assets
- Define the goal and shape of each learning asset
- Refresh and improve existing Academy content
- Translate complex Ashby workflows into clear, practical education
- Partner cross-functionally to identify high-value education opportunities
- Contribute to systems, standards, and workflows for scaling Customer Education
- Explore adjacent formats for learning
Requirement:
- Ability to quickly master a complex product and understand customer usage
- Experience in teaching complex subjects, whether live or through writing
- Strong writing skills and comfort with recording voiceovers
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and own work end-to-end
- Good judgment about scope and project depth
