Join Ashby as a Content Lead to develop and manage a startup recruiting blog, focusing on high-quality content that resonates with startup talent leaders and hiring-focused founders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a startup recruiting blog and define its strategy.
- Publish the blog consistently using SEO and AEO research.
- Build a publishing strategy for X.com tailored to startup audiences.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team for content in their activations.
- Own the audience and create a content ecosystem around their needs.
Requirement:
- Passion for the startup community and writing regularly.
- Ability to think critically about audience needs and content quality.
- Experience in creating content that aligns with brand voice while meeting algorithmic changes.
- Comfort with 0 to 1 work and resourcefulness in gathering inputs.
