Short Summary:
Arηs Group specializes in managing complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics, analytics, and program management.

Responsibilities:
- Application installation, configuration, and administration in production and non-production environments
- Application monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of service efficiency and quality
- Applications support and maintenance activities such as incident, change, release, and problem resolution
- Writing and validating application procedures manuals, including troubleshooting guides and backup plans
- Automating administrative procedures for recurring system administration activities
- Contributing to the structuring, maintenance, and development of the technical knowledge base
- Reporting on application availability, performance, capacity, and overall usage

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 6 years in mid/large IT infrastructure environments, including application deployment, support, and maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years in application administration
- Minimum of 2 years with micro-services, container orchestration, and container-based stacks (Docker or Kubernetes)
- Minimum of 2 years administering and supporting Elasticsearch
- Minimum of 5 years with enterprise Microsoft or Linux server solutions
- Good knowledge of Elasticsearch cluster deployment and administration
- Good knowledge of micro-services, container orchestration, and stacks using Kubernetes, Helm charts, Docker, and Rancher
- Good knowledge of configuration management concepts (e.g., Puppet, Ansible)
- Good knowledge of shell and/or PowerShell scripting
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
