Short Summary:
ARRISE is seeking a dedicated Trainer to join their team, responsible for training new Game Presenters and Shufflers, creating training materials, and enhancing performance and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Create and refine training materials and program structures for Game Presenters and Shufflers.
- Develop performance improvement plans and set relevant KPIs.
- Train staff on specific table game procedures and controls.
- Inspire and encourage trainees, providing constructive feedback.
- Design and maintain training programs for new hires and current team members.
- Collaborate with Shift Managers to identify specific training requirements.

Requirement:
- Education: High School Diploma or higher.
- Language: Proficient in English, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Positive Attitude: A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Coaching Skills: Patience and a passion for coaching.
