Short Summary:
The Sr. Gaming Equipment Administrator is responsible for maintaining records and inventory of gaming equipment, ensuring quality and stock control, and supervising staff for daily tasks and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain meticulous records and inventory of all gaming equipment, including cards, dice, roulette wheels, and auxiliary items.
- Ensure gaming tables are equipped appropriately and in optimal condition.
- Coordinate and plan the replacement of obsolete equipment.
- Manage orders for studio gaming equipment and perform various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and supervise staff, organizing workflows and evaluating performance.
- Conduct data analysis and generate comprehensive reports for line manager, including KPIs.
- Provide daily activity reports to direct managers.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year experience in gaming operations or warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate various software applications.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
