Short Summary:
The Senior Appearance Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Appearance and Uniforms function across multiple studios, driving consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership to Appearance and Uniforms Managers across the assigned hubs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee appearance across the assigned studios.
- Initiate process improvements and digitalization projects to increase operational efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate new studio launches and other assigned projects.
- Define departmental objectives, team KPIs, and final bonus allocations.
- Analyze team performance and coach managers and team leaders.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and operational audits.
- Consolidate operational and performance reports and present results.
- Monitor costs, product consumption, and stock performance.
- Communicate departmental objectives to managers and team leaders.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with senior management.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years in a people lead/management role within Appearance Department.
- English level - business proficiency.
- Skilled in working with excel reports, stock management, and project management.
- Proven ability to handle complex situations while maintaining operational integrity.
- Proven proactivity, attention to detail, and personal responsibility.
