Short Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Live Casino Product Team, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept to operational go-live, driving execution through cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of Live Casino projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project milestones.
- Drive project execution under demanding timelines and high-quality standards.
- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, maintaining flexibility to evolving requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks, optimizing project outcomes.
- Coordinate complex, multi-workstream projects across product, design, business analysis, and engineering.
- Translate product concepts and designs into clear plans, scope, and realistic delivery estimates.
- Own timelines, dependencies, and risks, surfacing blockers early to de-risk delivery.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of project/delivery management experience, ideally in digital product or software delivery.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional, technical projects across product, design, and engineering.
- Background in iGaming, gaming, consumer digital products, or large-scale platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
