We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Facility Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and improvement of our facilities.
This is a broad operational role combining facility management, property and housing management, vendor coordination, procurement, and cost control. You will work closely with Operations, HR, and leadership to ensure our employees have a safe, functional, and well-maintained working environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and building efficient processes.
Responsibilities:
- Facility Operations & Maintenance: Ensure the continuous and optimal operation of studios, servers, and infrastructure systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) while supervising repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
- Team and Vendor Management: Coordinate maintenance teams, reception, cleaning staff, and external vendors to ensure high-quality services, timely interventions, and smooth operations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, centralize executed contracts, verify supplier invoices, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Relocation & Housing Management: Oversee employee relocation processes, identify and evaluate rental properties, negotiate contracts, and ensure monthly inspections, maintenance, and payment management.
- Resource & Cost Management: Procure, maintain, and replace office equipment, furniture, and materials while monitoring expenses and developing cost optimization proposals.
- Policy Development & Communication: Support the creation and implementation of Facilities Management policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
- Operational Support: Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and leadership teams, providing training to new employees and resolving facility-related issues to maintain a functional work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, real estate, or a similar operational role.
- Strong understanding of property and facility management principles.
- Experience managing vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
