Short Summary:
As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure smooth execution of technical deliveries by maintaining structure across tasks, builds, and milestones, while acting as a key coordination point between engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain structure and visibility across ongoing deliverables, tasks, and milestones.
- Track ownership and deadlines, follow up on progress, and ensure timely execution.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to capture requirements, decisions, and action items.
- Document outcomes of discussions to ensure clarity and continuity for the team.
- Maintain clear visibility of delivery status, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Support prioritization and coordination across teams without direct managerial authority.
- Create and manage builds, deploy builds to target environments, and prepare builds for internal testing.
- Perform sanity checks, smoke testing, and basic validation of builds.
- Distribute deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback.
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, or environment-related issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for delivery updates and build availability.
Requirement:
- Strong hands-on technical background (software, tools, or build systems relevant to the team).
- Experience with build systems, deployment workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to set up, run, and test builds independently.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent organization and task-tracking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proactive, self-driven, and reliable.
