Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to address business priorities with aligned people solutions.
- Provide practical advice on performance, engagement, and transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business needs with employee experience.
- Deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle.
- Mentor leaders on people programs and processes.
- Support the adoption of P&C tools and ensure actionable mentorship for managers.
- Complete global P&C programs ensuring consistent adoption of frameworks.
- Assist managers with employee relations and case handling.
- Collaborate with People Partners and Centers of Excellence for efficient workflows.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and the overall employee experience.
Requirement:
- Experience in a People Partnering or HR generalist role within a complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of partnering with leaders and managing employee relations.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of foundational country laws and regulations.
- Attention to operational excellence and detail.
- Learning agility and a growth mindset.
