Short Summary:
Aristocrat seeks a Facility Coordinator to ensure the Seattle office operates smoothly, providing support to the team and subtenants. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency and high standards in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main on-site contact for daily facility operations.
- Monitor building conditions and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety) and address issues promptly.
- Conduct regular facility inspections for safety, cleanliness, compliance, and efficiency.
- Lead and respond to work orders in a timely manner; maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Track supply inventory and procure materials for routine upkeep.
- Liaise with the building’s landlord and property management team.
- Handle subtenant service requests and maintenance issues professionally.
- Source, schedule, and coordinate vendors for maintenance and repair needs.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules in line with manufacturer recommendations.
Requirement:
- More than 3 years of experience in facility coordination, property coordination, or office operations.
- Experience collaborating with landlords and property managers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with facility management systems and standard office software.
- Familiarity with commercial office building operations and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or similar certification recommended.
