Short Summary:
Aretum is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support federal workforce planning and staffing by coordinating hiring actions, managing position descriptions, and improving workforce processes.
Responsibilities:
- Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflow and processes.
- Serve as a liaison between government hiring managers and the Office of Human Capital for cybersecurity positions.
- Create and monitor personnel requests and craft position descriptions that meet federal guidelines.
- Process change requests to ensure alignment across systems before hiring actions are processed.
- Partner with hiring managers to align position descriptions with appropriate grade and security level.
- Collaborate across teams for org chart updates, process qualification reviews, and recruitment incentives.
- Support workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain workforce staffing plans, billet inventories, and organizational charts.
- Track personnel actions, workforce vacancies, and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate employee training, certifications, and professional development programs.
- Develop workforce reports and leadership briefings related to staffing and organizational health.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies for skill gaps and talent management.
Requirement:
- BA or BS and 3 to 6 years' experience in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or Human Resources.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong process development skills with the ability to communicate processes effectively.
