Short Summary:
Aqua Expeditions is seeking a dynamic Loyalty Manager to lead the Trade Loyalty and Guest Loyalty Programs, driving repeat sales and fostering long-term relationships with trade partners and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Trade Loyalty Program, ensuring efficient partner support and rewards management.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to boost trade partner registration and performance.
- Track and analyze KPIs, budget, and costs, delivering monthly performance reports.
- Oversee the Guest Loyalty Program, creating personalized engagement strategies to drive repeat guest bookings.
- Implement data-driven campaigns to foster repeat sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the success of loyalty campaigns and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize the global loyalty benefits structure, coordinating with various stakeholders.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, or CRM, ideally within travel, hospitality, or luxury industries.
- Strong expertise in loyalty program management and strategies.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and email marketing.
- Outstanding communication skills and strong project management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus; proficiency in French is appreciated.
