Short Summary:
Join Aprio's Audit team as a Manager in Securitization and Structured Products Services, where you will help clients maximize their opportunities through assurance and advisory services in structured finance bond issuance.
Responsibilities:
- Model and recalculate cash flows for ABS transactions.
- Recreate and analyze customized investor scenarios.
- Perform loan pool analysis and collateral stratification.
- Review model output and identify discrepancies.
- Manage the modeling workstream on live deals.
- Develop and refine workflow processes.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, MBA, or master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in securitization or structured products.
- Hands-on cash flow modeling experience; strong Excel skills.
- Strong technical background in asset-backed securities (ABS) or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
