Short Summary:
Join Aprio's Information Technology team as a Manager, IT System Operations, focusing on the design, implementation, and governance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) within ServiceNow. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate configuration and asset data, supporting the firm's ITSM platform modernization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain the CMDB in alignment with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Establish and enforce CMDB governance and monitor health through dashboards and KPIs.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and manage integrations for asset and configuration data.
- Own the hardware and software asset lifecycle, including management of contracts and vendor data.
- Define reconciliation processes and develop data normalization routines.
- Partner with Incident, Problem, and Change Management to support service mapping and CI relationships.
- Build reports and dashboards for IT leadership and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of IT experience, with 2-3 years focused on ServiceNow CMDB and/or IT Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITAM disciplines.
- Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and solid data analysis skills.
