Short Summary:
Applied Intuition is seeking an Operations Safety Lead to establish and manage operational safety compliance across various programs, ensuring consistent procedures and records.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a unified operational framework across automotive, trucking, and industrials.
- Own the operational safety ownership map, identifying responsibilities and gaps.
- Develop and maintain safety-driven operational procedures.
- Represent Operations in change control and deployment readiness reviews.
- Own the operational compliance framework, including audits and regulatory changes.
- Ensure fleet compliance requirements are met and documented.
- Manage incident classification and response, including RCA and CAPA.
- Drive cross-program incident and safety trend analysis.
- Define and maintain operational safety evidence and report safety performance to leadership.
Requirement:
- 7+ years in operational compliance, transportation safety, program management, or related field.
- 3+ years in a safety-critical or regulated environment.
- Proven ownership of compliance programs and experience standardizing processes.
- Strong experience with root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Excellent written communication skills.
