Responsibilities:
- Own significant systems and features end-to-end, from design through production and operation
- Break down hard, ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes
- Own the reliability, performance, and cost of the systems you are responsible for
- Partner across product, design, and engineering to solve problems that span teams
- Raise the quality bar and set patterns that make the people around you more effective
Requirement:
- A strong track record of owning and shipping systems at scale
- Command of system design, data modeling, and the reliability and cost tradeoffs that come with scale
- The ability to lead ambiguous work to a clear outcome
- Genuine, current fluency with AI-assisted development
- A high bar for quality and a strong sense of ownership
