Short Summary:
We are seeking a Test Operations Manager to provide dedicated operational leadership across ETC's diverse portfolio of physical test laboratories. This role aims to achieve excellent operational oversight, solve scheduling bottlenecks, and ensure equipment readiness.

Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a team of calibration technicians, a lab administrator, and lab coordinators.
- Develop staffing plans to support lab utilization demands.
- Support the scaling of ETC's physical footprint and ensure operational readiness.
- Own and maintain the master lab schedule across all test facilities.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and drive toward a 75% equipment utilization target.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and operational readiness.
- Establish preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hazardous material handling procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program teams requesting lab time.
- Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities for lab consumables.
- Manage lab operations workflows through JIRA.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, lab management, or facility management.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams.
- Proven track record of managing complex scheduling across shared resources.
- Understanding of physical test laboratory operations and calibration requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and laboratory safety requirements.
