Short Summary:
As Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Architecture, you will bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to a team whose work spans the enterprise, supporting architects and specialists in delivering architecture initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Own the execution framework for Enterprise Architecture initiatives, translating ambiguous work into clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
- Support both cross-system architects and single-system specialists with planning, tracking, and communication tailored to how they work.
- Coordinate product managers, developers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and functional partners.
- Maintain a reliable, current view of the team’s portfolio in a single system of record.
- Identify project risks and cross-system dependencies early, drive issues to resolution, and escalate decisions with clear context.
- Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting.
- Establish and run lightweight operating cadences for planning, status, risk review, decision-making, and launch readiness.
- Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Continuously improve how the team plans, tracks, and communicates its work.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management or closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Broad technical fluency across enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, MES, and WMS.
- Proven ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving environments.
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in-office full time and travel on a limited basis, less than 10%.
- U.S. Person status is required.
