Anduril Industries is seeking a Principal Engineer to enhance the robustness and scalability of their shared software platform for various tactical devices. This role involves significant technical leadership and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure the quality and rapid deployment of software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Embed with engineering leads of every business line shipping tactical devices.
- Develop and execute a long-term roadmap for supported compute platforms.
- Run continuous gap triage to address platform needs.
- Define device baseline including OS, product-security components, and service profiles.
- Reclaim orphaned platform code and standardize shared-library linkage.
- Integrate with the Security organization to ensure secure deployments.
- Support HITL (Hardware in the Loop) as a product.
Requirement:
- 15+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
- 5+ years of experience in NixOS environments and virtualization.
