The Social Services Director plays a key role in delivering medically related social services to attain or maintain the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering services
- Assessing residents
- Coordinating care
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or human services required
- Social services experience preferred
- Requires psychosocial assessment, case management, communication, crisis intervention, collaboration, and geriatric advocacy skills
