Short Summary:
You will help improve products and processes, test products, document issues, prepare workflows, and gradually take on more responsibilities in product configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Help continuously improve products and internal processes.
- Test products in day-to-day use, identify bugs, and document them.
- Prepare tickets and workflows, ensuring all relevant information is complete.
- Create and maintain API documentation.
- Gradually take on more responsibility, including configuring products and creating documents.
Requirement:
- At least in the second semester of a Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical field.
- Initial programming knowledge and eagerness to learn.
- Curiosity about new technologies, especially AI.
- Careful, structured, and reliable work ethic.
- Proactive approach and open collaboration.
