The Pre-Sales Manager will manage the UK Financial Services Pre-sales team, partnering with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense's platform and drive new business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Pre-Sales Consultants to support Account Executives in closing trials.
- Lead product demos, discovery calls, and tailored workshops.
- Translate client challenges into compelling use cases.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, Product, and Content teams.
- Coach and mentor team members, driving onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
- Provide transparency into team performance and track metrics.
- Recruit top talent and build relationships with cross-functional leaders.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of work experience in sales or client success with at least 2 years of direct people management experience.
- Ability to distill complex issues into simple terms.
- Experience operationalizing the customer journey and creating scalable processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop rapport with clients.
- Energetic, creative, and able to work autonomously in a fast-growing company.
