Short Summary:
AlphaSense is seeking a Directed Content Analyst who is a proficient German speaker (C1/C2 levels) to join their Directed Content Team. The role involves sourcing high-quality experts for research projects and ensuring comprehensive coverage in the AlphaSense Expert Transcript Library.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify the best-fit experts for projects assigned by the Project Manager.
- Confirm and refine the scope of projects while conducting research and sourcing.
- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
- Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit for assigned projects.
- Document experts’ relevant experience clearly for evaluation by Client Contributors.
- Answer expert questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding rates.
- Negotiate expert rates to align payment with the value of insights.
- Support scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors.
- Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role.
- Inquisitive mindset with a natural interest in learning.
- Energetic with proven ability to manage fast turnaround projects.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with industry experts.
- Goal-oriented, motivated to deliver the best expert profiles efficiently.
