Short Summary:
Almedia is seeking a hands-on QA Lead who views quality as a product problem, not just a testing issue. This role involves owning quality end-to-end, collaborating between Product and Engineering to ensure fast shipping without compromising user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Own quality across the entire product lifecycle, from feature design through to production monitoring.
- Develop and execute a modern QA strategy that balances manual testing, automation, and production observability.
- Introduce AI-powered tools and workflows to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and speed.
- Build and maintain end-to-end automated test suites.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to identify risks early and embed quality into development.

Requirement:
- Strong experience owning software quality in modern product teams.
- Experience balancing manual testing, automation, and production monitoring.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated tests, ideally using Playwright.
- Solid understanding of modern QA practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and testing strategies.
- Experience introducing AI tools or AI-assisted workflows into software testing and quality processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence teams through data and practical decision-making.
