Short Summary:
The PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA will lead the executive recruiting team in EMEA, focusing on Partner and Managing Director candidates. This role involves setting strategy, building relationships, mentoring the team, and managing searches while ensuring a high-quality recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve the candidate experience from introduction to onboarding.
- Mentor and develop the EMEA recruiting team, maintaining an engaging work environment.
- Partner with the Global Head of Executive recruiting on performance, budget, and special projects.
- Own key searches end-to-end, including candidate outreach and evaluations.
- Facilitate the development of business cases for final-stage PMD candidates.
- Vet and finalize contracts with external search firms.
- Ensure recruiting data is collected and documented in a compliant manner.
- Optimize the current CRM tool to enhance candidate experience and data management.

Requirement:
- Problem-solving skills with a calm and engaging manner.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Knowledge of the consulting candidate pool landscape.
- Strong understanding of business drivers in consulting organizations.
- Experience leading an executive search team in EMEA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.
