Airwallex is a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses, empowering over 250,000 businesses worldwide. The company is seeking a People Operations Partner to manage global equity operations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while providing support to employees.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end global equity operations (RSUs, ESOPs and related programs)
- Lead the operations of global employee equity programs across the full lifecycle
- Manage equity documentation, approvals, records, and communications
- Provide support to employees and stakeholders, developing guidance and self-service resources
- Maintain high-quality equity data and reporting for business planning and compliance
- Support strategic equity programs and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, human resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in global equity administration
- Experience administering international employee equity programs across multiple entities
- Proven ability to process, analyze, and reconcile high-volume data accurately
- Comprehensive understanding of the equity lifecycle and necessary controls
