airSlate is a global SaaS technology company developing no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. The US Legal Forms team is seeking a PHP Backend Developer to contribute to their growth and success.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend features and APIs for US Legal Forms using PHP/Laravel
- Implement AI solutions to enhance team efficiency
- Contribute to cross-functional tasks, including some React frontend work
- Analyze A/B test results and assess the impact of your work
- Participate in technical and process decisions
- Write tested, maintainable code and uphold quality standards
- Proactively suggest improvements for team performance

Requirement:
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Strong PHP/Laravel proficiency
- Experience with AI tools in development
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/MySQL, message queues (SQS), and cloud/AWS
- Good testing practices and commitment to code quality
- Basic Python and React knowledge
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable making decisions
- English level B1+
