Short Summary:
The Tier 1 SOC Analyst provides frontline monitoring and triage of security events across the organization’s networks, endpoints, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing SIEM alerts
- Performing initial investigation
- Reducing false positives
- Escalating confirmed incidents according to established playbooks
- Maintaining continuous situational awareness
- Documenting findings accurately
- Supporting the broader incident response process

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- 2 years of experience
- Required Certification(s): Security + or equivalent certification
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and networking fundamentals
- Ability to analyze logs and identify suspicious activity
- Familiarity with endpoint/security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
