Short Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and innovative Test & Evaluation (T&E) Analyst to support critical national-level defense programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing test strategies and evaluating the Operational Effectiveness, Suitability, and Survivability (OESS) of National Security Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and manage the core T&E framework for national security programs.
- Author comprehensive OT&E documentation, including Test Plans and Test Concept Briefs.
- Define and refine Critical Operational Issues, Measures of Effectiveness, and Measures of Performance.
- Ensure cyber survivability requirements are integrated into operational test scenarios.
- Lead and conduct data collection for OT&E events.
- Analyze data from test events to identify system vulnerabilities.
- Author and present critical T&E deliverables, including Quick Look Reports and Final Test Reports.
- Coordinate with program offices, system developers, and operational users to ensure test requirements are met.
Requirement:
- Master’s Degree; OR Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of specialized T&E, systems engineering, and/or military experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to pass a polygraph.
- Required Certification: IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CySa+, ISC2 SSCP).
- Strong technical writing capabilities and experience authoring T&E documentation.
