Short Summary:
The People Experience & Growth Associate is responsible for the day-to-day execution, administration, and coordination of ALU's employee experience, culture, and learning programmes. This role transforms high-level strategy into daily operations and is suited for a detail-oriented People professional.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the end-to-end onboarding workflow and optimize the Buddy Programme.
- Manage logistics for the Annual Engagement Survey and coordinate Stay and Exit Interview programs.
- Lead logistics for ALU’s culture calendar and support planning for Staff and Leadership Retreats.
- Administer learning platforms and coordinate logistics for learning assessments.
- Update and maintain People Experience data trackers and dashboards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and provide input for future system design.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of administration work, preferably in HR/People Experience or Events Coordination.
- Experience coordinating events or managing digital systems for a distributed workforce.
- Strong data literacy and written communication skills.
