Short Summary:
Operate the various coat check rooms within established guidelines and procedures at the venue, efficiently collecting payment for coat check services, and assisting guests as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate coat check rooms within established guidelines.
- Collect payment for coat check services, including cash handling and reconciling transactions.
- Answer guest questions and direct them to important areas of the venue.
- Enforce all venue policies and procedures.
- Complete required trainings and participate in employee meetings.
- Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team.
Requirement:
- 0-2 years of related work experience.
- Previous experience in events and knowledge of the music industry preferred.
- Positive attitude with effective customer service skills.
- Ability to work in varying conditions and lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods.
