Adyen is looking for a strategic, organized, and data-driven content and narrative leader to ensure that messages and content align with goals and timelines. The role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to enhance brand positioning and support revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Narrative and Content Development: Partner with PR to develop and localize marketing narratives across Mexico and Brazil.
- Internal Enablement: Train and align internal teams on brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and grow the local creative team, fostering a culture of ownership and skill development.
- Efficiency & Productivity: Scale the studio's capacity to meet local business needs and manage external creative agencies.
- Marketing & Campaign Execution: Oversee creative support for integrated marketing campaigns and event management.
- Studio Operations & Tooling: Define local studio strategy and improve regional workflows for asset creation.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in creative content strategy, brand strategy, or editorial leadership.
- Deep familiarity with the financial services and payments landscape in LATAM (Mexico and Brazil).
- Strong content and copywriting background with experience in shaping brand narrative.
- Proven track record of mentoring diverse creative talent and driving collaboration.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proficiency in English and Spanish.
